Pastor Cindy Senarighi, Yogadevotion and Pastor Sarah Ciavarri, This Wholehearted Life, are teaming up to offer this unique retreat experience. Pastor Sarah will explore the work of Brene’ Brown in a classroom setting. Pastor Cindy will create space for contemplation and meditation on what we have learned through the faith based yoga practices of Yogadevotion. All of this will take place on the beautiful campus of Mt Carmel Ministries in Alexandria, Minnesota.
