January 2026: Full Body Yoga with Holly
Join Holly Niehaus, RYT-500, somatic yoga expert this January to awaken your yoga practice with added mindfulness for 2026. This four-week series focuses on enhanced coordination and greater awareness of your body. Practiced as a gentle, therapeutic class, this series is designed with the use of props to improve coordination, strength, and flexibility.
