Gentle and Yin Yogadevotion allow time and space to experience Presence. Our body’s tissues can be revived by a good long soak the same way that an old, stiff sponge can. As you hold a yin pose, the subtle release that takes you deeper, surrendering into each pose enabling tissues to lengthen, hydrate, and becoming more pliable. Healing Touch is a nurturing energy therapy that promotes healing and reduces stress and anxiety. Gentle touch assists in balancing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During an extended final meditation, Lisa will guide us through self- chakra connection that balances energy and encourages deep relaxation.
In this 4 week Zoom series, we will explore gentle movement, breathwork, Yin postures and Healing Touch techniques the we can perform on ourselves. Lisa Banning Ender has been an instructor and business manager for Yogadevotion since 2004 and earned her Healing Touch certification in 2013 through Healing Beyond Borders.
Upon registration you will receive a ticket, on this ticket there will be a Zoom invitation for class entry for all 4 weeks of this class. 7:00 pm Central Time! Make yourself comfy in your own home with your mat, a blanket and a bolster is you have one. Recording will be sent out each week. Closed captioning is available.
