This 7 week session runs Jan 8- Feb 26 on Mondays at Noon. This is just the class to give you a bit of a break on Monday! Upon registration, you will recieve a Yogadevotion ticket. On that ticket, there will be a Zoom link for you to use for entry into class.. Also, a recording of the class will be sent to you each week!
