Saturday mornings have their own rhythm, moving from work week to weekend. What better way to start the weekend than with Yogadevotion?
This year Yogadevotion will be offering Saturday Mornings with Yogadevotion, a little fellowship, a little yoga clinic, and as always a faith based yoga practice with scripture, prayer and worship.
This event will be offered once a month at different churches through-out the cities.
The class will run from 9-11, pre-registration required. We must have 15 people preregistered and paid by Wednesday. The Cost is $15 Click here to register. Thank you!
The event will begin with tea,coffee, light fare and fellowship.
We will move to a yoga clinic setting that will work through poses, breaking down some poses we are frequently asked questions about.
Finally we get on our mats for a Yogadevotion class that includes breath work/prayer, asana/praise, devotion/forgiveness and closing meditation in shavasana.
This is a great class to introduce friends to a Yogadevotion format or to add a class to your weekly practice. But most of all it is a great way to become connected with the Yogadevotion Community.
