Join Lori for this midday Yogadevotion practice. This class is a good start for beginners (with plenty of alignment cues) and experienced yogis alike. Holding our poses for a bit longer allows time for the body to adjust to the asana while the breath prayer provides a meditative experience.
The devotion and the recorded practice will be sent each week to participants for self study.
