We invite you to this offering with Yogadevotion Instructor Suzanne McArdle
Suzanne received her 200 hour Ashtanga YogaTeacher Training in 2017. Last year she completed her training to become a Yogadevotion Instructor. The intersection of yoga practices and Christian faith is a rich and wonderful way to connect body, mind, and spirit. Suzanne loves teaching a Slow Flow Vinyasa class with emphasis on connecting movement to breath, and being mindful of practicing in God’s presence. She wants students to feel God’s grace and acceptance to help them move within their range of motion, and listen to their bodies so they can have a long and sustainable practice. A quote from Bhagavad Gita sums up Suzanne’s feelings about yoga: “Yoga is the practice of learning, of tolerating the consequences of being yourself.”
