We will begin with a breath and yin practice, transition to yoga Nidra to enjoy a healing sound bath. There will be great fellowship with hors
d’oeuvres and Yogadevotion “mocktails” to celebrate the 20 th anniversary of Yogadevotion. There will also be fun giveaways.
