

Join Holly this January to awaken your yoga practice with added mindfulness for 2026. This four-week series focuses on enhanced coordination and greater awareness of your body. Practiced as a gentle, therapeutic class, this series is designed with the use of props to improve coordination, strength, and flexibility.

Live from 12 - 1 pm CST
Class 1: Relieve tension head to toe
Class 2: Increase core stability and strength
Class 3: Greater range motion
Class 4: Coordination and balance
Cost is $60

This soothing restorative practice is designed to help us find calm and centering during the busyness of the holiday season, allowing us to fully embrace this time of light and love.

Participants are invited to have a pillow, blanket, essential oils, a bolster, battery operated candles, and any other props to provide a cozy setting.
