Our Saturday class is l a mixed Vinyasa class, but with modifications to meet your body where it is at each week! We start out with mindfulness and our devotion, then gently warm and stretch our bodies on the mat before moving up to standing. Our standing practice usually consists of some flow, typically a half sun salutation flow and maybe some warrior 1 and 2, then a balance. This is the most ‘intense’ part of class, but you are always able to take it at your own pace or adjust as needed. We usually finish back on our mats with some core, and then gentle and restorative stretching before our savasana.
We have all different ages and experiences in our class, and I try to provide as many modifications as possible so everyone feels they are benefiting from the class!
