Welcome to a 3-week gentle yoga class at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom. Have a mat and blanket ready and prepare for movement, breathing, and feeling great. Good class for beginners and everyone.
Linda participated in her first meditation class when she was a teenager, discovered yoga years later, and has practiced yoga for twenty + years. She has found a steadying force in the focus on breath, in the physical practice, and in the mental benefits of yoga.
In 2017, life changes planted the seeds, and she completed her 200-hour yoga certification, combining passions of training and leadership from her career, with the desire to teach yoga to others. She practiced yoga for many years with Yogadevotion as a student, and is excited to now be teaching with them.
Linda focuses on making everyone welcome in the classes she teaches. Through use of breath, alignment and a gentle flow, she offers an accessible class for her students.
She is a native of Minnesota and lives in St. Paul. She likes to be out in nature whenever possible especially in our awesome Minnesota State Parks.
