Get ready to sweat (a little)! This class will combine a traditional flow yoga class with a little added strength training and cardio. We will be moving and getting our heart rates up but everyone is encouraged to take the class at their own pace. No weights or props are needed but you are welcome to use both. And remember – You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength! – Philippians 4:13Sarah has been practicing yoga for almost 9 years. She is a 200 hour CYT and has taught at a few yoga studios throughout the Twin Cities. She graduated in 2013 from The University of St. Thomas and worked a few years as an Event Planner before pursuing her true passions in heath and wellness. She became a personal trainer and yoga instructor in 2019 and has found the lifestyle switch a true blessing. Sarah has a passion for combining faith and fitness and loves challenging you, to help you meet your goals.
