Welcome to Beginner’s Yoga Summer Sampler!
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Each week Lori will guide you into basic yoga poses and introduce you to the benefits of combining breathwork with movement. Emphasis will be placed on developing core strength, flexibility and balance.
No yoga experience necessary, simply bring a willingness to move and explore. If you have ever said “I can’t do yoga because I am not flexible” this class is for you!
Lori Buggs began taking yoga classes over 15 years ago as a way to manage stress and offset the effects of working in a mostly sedentary environment.
She has taught over 600 yoga classes in the Metro area. Her yoga classes are a combination of the Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. She combines slower moving asanas (or poses) with gentle transitions to guide each student mindfully into yoga poses safely.
