“Strong back, soft front, wild heart”
Inspired by the work of Brene Brown on resilience, this three part series will explore groundedness, vulnerability and compassion as they relate to our yoga practice on and off the mat. Each session will include gentle movement followed by a breath practice, meditation and relaxation. Come to one, two or all three sessions. All levels are welcome!
