Hit the reset button on your nervous system and close your day with a calming breath centered practice. Movement followed by an 8-12 minute intro to iRest®️. iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life and is approved for use in the military. When practiced regularly – little and often – iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation. Please have a pillow and blanket available. This class is free or you many make a donation at the link below.

Yogadevotion Instructor Andrea Volker will lead this donation based class. Andrea trained at the Minneapolis Yoga Center and has been with Yogadevotion for three years. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, writing and studying. She is a self-proclaimed nerd about yoga after experiencing its effects and is passionate about sharing it.
