There is not better way than to begin your Friday with Yoga on the beach! Toes in the sand and a breeze on your face, we will move our bodies in ways to calm the mind! This yoga class will be focusing on breathing, alignment and being in the present moment. It will involve flows using one breath, one movement. Modifications will be offered and demonstrated to make yoga accessible to all. It will involve balancing and holding poses for strength development. All participants need to be able to get down and up from the floor unassisted. Afterwards you could go to the farmers market!
