In this restorative Yogadevotion class we will take a step back from the busyness and constant movement of day to day life and soften our way into stillness. We will focus on mindful breathing and calming, restorative postures that lead to an extended savasana, allowing for complete relaxation and restoration. Light a candle or some incense, wear your coziest sweater, and enjoy an hour of peaceful relaxation on your mat. If you have a blanket and a pillow or bolster, please have those close by to add an extra level of comfort!
Natasha Roy is a Minnesota based yoga instructor. Natasha has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and in 2018 received her 200 hour RYT certification from Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, along with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Barre, and Mat Pilates. Natasha is passionate about making yoga enjoyable and accessible to people of all ages and experience levels, and loves sharing yoga with friends and family any chance she can. In her free time Natasha enjoys hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with her dog!
