Gwen will guide you through a gentle Hatha practice with a bit of flow, placing special attention on the spaces in between and transitions. Celebrate the Pause that leads to peace.
A bit about Gwen:
As a woman who has suffered from undiagnosed autoimmune issues leading to anxiety and depression, yoga has been the one constant in Gwen’s life that has brought her moments of clarity and even peace in times of discomfort.
Gwen has worked and practiced on many continents, but realizes that the only home she needs to fully inhabit is her own body, even when it is uncomfortable or even painful.
She has taught for more than 20 years and studied Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology with Dr. David Frawley. She was on the staff as an educator and instructor at Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center from it’s inception in 2009 until 2020.
Gwen connects on a personal and profound level with her students and is unparalleled in her passion for practice and sense of humor. She looks forward to connecting with you!
