In this restorative Zoom Yogadevotion class we will take a step back from the busyness and constant movement of day to day life and soften our way into stillness. We will focus on mindful breathing and calming, Yin and restorative postures that lead to an extended savasana, allowing for complete relaxation and restoration. Light a candle or some incense, wear your coziest sweater, and enjoy an hour of peaceful relaxation on your mat. A pillow/bolster and blanket are recommended for this class.
