Why ~We have much to be grateful for and creating sacred space to celebrate that is healing and renewing.
Gratitude is a practice at the crossroads of faith and life. Research demonstrates that focusing on what we are grateful for is a universally rewarding way to feel happier and more fulfilled. The benefits of gratitude extend far beyond what we may imagine.
To retreat is to step away for rest and renewal of the mind, body and spirit.
Our gratitude retreat will be a time to dwell in the Presence of God and each other, with gratitude and thanksgiving. “You’re deeply rooted in Jesus. You’re well-constructed upon him. You know your way around the faith. Now do what you’ve been taught and start living it! And let your living spill over into thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:7 The Message
The Duluth Gratitude Retreat will be a pause to give thanks and be grateful…. we will leave encouraged to live our lives in faith and gratitude for what God has done and for each other.
