A New Year Yogadevotion Celebration by Zoom!
Goodbye 2020, Thank you for all that you have taught us and we bid you farewell! In celebration Yogadevotion will be offering a full evening of specialty classes with a variety of our awesome instructors. Register once, come when you can, leave when you are satisfied! Classes will run 50 minutes with 10 min of socializing in between. We begin at 4:00 pm CST

4:00 pm CST Yogadevotion for Caregivers with Sandy: As caregivers, we are always taking care of the needs of others. Join Sandy in this caregiver’s practice to focus on YOU. Use this practice to tend to YOUR needs and wants. Take the time to breath into YOUR body, mind and spirit. YOU deserve it!
5:00 pm Rising up and reaching out with Linda: A standing and chair yoga class that will follow breath, move the body and, and calm the spirit. We will explore the ways we can extend ourselves in the New Year.
6:00 pm Andrea: An all level core-centric practice focused on building back strength.
7:00 pm Laughter Yoga with Cindy
7:30 pm Yogadevotion with Healing Touch with Lisa: We will explore gentle movement, breath and Healing Touch techniques that facilitate self healing.
8:00 pm Heidi- Yoga & Nidra. This is a breath-centered gentle yoga class ending with yoga nidra—a deeply relaxing restorative practice. Besides your mat, please have on hand a small pillow, blanket, or anything else that you need to lie down and be comfortable.

Welcome 2021! Again, register once, take your pick or stay for all!
9:00 am CST Salutations and Poetry with Lisa. We will move through a series salutations; a series of postures that warms, strengthens, and aligns the entire body. In between we will rest in the poetry of Mary Oliver
10:00 am 20-20-21 with Cindy Once upon a time Cindy taught aerobics! In this 20/20/21 class we will move to some of our favorite tunes for 20 minutes, strengthen our muscles for 20 minutes, and wrap it all up with 21 minutes of yoga with shavasana. You will need a pair of tennis shoes, weights or a couple of water bottles, and an intention to have fun!
11:00 am Rebalance and reset with Emily: We will spend time working with simple poses focused on the side of the body, moving between left and right. We will explore left, right and center awareness through breath work. Regain your center by working with opposites and embark on the new year with a stronger foundation for greeting both challenges and opportunities.
